INSABELLADESIGN is an award winning interior design firm based in Little Silver, New Jersey. Led by Principal Designer, Beth Insabella ASID, IIDA, the firm provides interior design and space planning services that express each client’s unique values.
Challenge:
One of their projects involved transforming a Pain Management Physicians's office in Franklin Township, NJ. They chose 3 different murals - the Palms and Po'ipu, Kauai wall mural, Surf's Up Kauai wall mural and Sun Island Maldives wall mural - to add a relaxing tropical vibe to their exam rooms and employee lunch room.

Originally from Haiti, the doctor wanted to incorporate his homeland into his practice and give his patients a positive experience. Beautiful beach vistas were the perfect solution to add a personal touch.
Results:
The once cold and sterile rooms now emit warmth and tranquility. Besides incorporating the doctor's home roots, the tropical and natural elements help reduce anxiety in patients and put them at ease.
The staff lunchroom also punctuates the natural experience with its custom island vinyl wall mural which, through its grand perspective, enlarges the slim footprint and encourages a relaxed state of mind.
