Rocha Art & Design focuses on providing art and design solutions for commercial real estate properties across the East Coast. Their projects range from original paintings, to mural designs, menu designs, logo designs, directional signs, project management, and much more.
A cafe area for an office building in Tampa, Florida was being renovated, and management sought a large design to cover a 60ft wall.
Rocha Art and Design created a custom wall mural design for their client, which was finalized after 4+ months of ideas. The intent behind the mural design was to capture a "Florida" vibe – bright and fun; and if studied closely, the word Florida is hidden in the illustration. The finished mural artwork was custom printed by Murals Your Way.
The cafe area is completely transformed by the bold and bright mural illustration. The immersive, abstract design fills the entire space with a fun atmosphere. The modern style and saturated colors of the mural coordinate perfectly with the furniture throughout the space.
Envisioning my designs is one thing, but seeing it in its intended space is always humbling. — Valery Rocha, Rocha Art and Design
Q: Describe your business – What do you do? Where are you located?
A: My business, Rocha Art & Design, focuses on providing art and design solutions for commercial real estate properties across the East Coast. I'm located in New Jersey, but I have worked on projects in Baltimore, Tampa, Atlanta and Charlotte. Projects range from original paintings, to mural designs, menu designs, logo designs, directional signs, project management, and much more.
Q: Why did you choose murals for your décor needs?
A: This depends on the space's needs. Sometimes a mural looks better than a painting or a painted wall so I try to provide different options to see what looks best. Murals are usually the fun option to go with and they tie the space together.
Q: What made you decide on Murals Your Way?
A: Murals Your Way was recommended by a company that I do most of my projects for. I believe they had used Murals Your Way before and it has always been a great and smooth experience working with Murals Your Way.
Q: How have murals impacted your space?
A: Murals tend to change a space in such a positive way. Whenever I get the chance to work on a mural, whether it'd be a gym, a cafe, or a lounge area, they usually tend to liven up the space.
Q: How have your clients/patients reacted to the murals?
A: Positively! They always love it. I have yet to have a client be disappointed and I hope that I never do.
