Janelle Baglien Wall Murals

Janelle's art is inspired by the magnificence of nature in spring. The scenes balance abstraction with impressions of animal and plant life on a sunny day. Soft swaths of colors in green, yellow, orange, pink, and blue are punctuated by lyrical drawings and patterns in black calligraphy style India ink. Painted in quaint Gearhart, Oregon her studio is near the Pacific Ocean in a vintage 1940’s gas station. The beach is a constant inspiration.
