Oil impressionist Joe Sambataro was born in Philadelphia and attended the Philadelphia College of Arts. He then became an honor graduate of the Layton School of Art. His work can be found in the private collections of the Kennedy Foundation, Presley Estates, the late John Lennon, and Willie Nelson.
